Our Cherries
Allambie Orchard is a family run farm that caters exclusively to people who want to pick their own cherries. Most of our visitors come from Sydney, Canberra, and Wollongong, but we also have a lot of visitors from all over the globe who want to check out our little piece of the country.
We have many varieties of cherries to choose from, whether you prefer big dark cherries or sour ones we have planted a variety for you to choose your favourite.
All the different varieties ripen at slightly different times, shown below is an example of what varieties are typically available throughout the season.

Thats right, our entire crop usually only lasts about six weeks! If we are lucky we don't lose it all to frost, rain, birds, fungus, bugs, drought or heat... so please don't ask for discounts as we work very hard all year round to make sure there is fruit to pick for the Holidays.
